Confidential Talk Line: Text "TALK" to 38255 or call 1-844-493-TALK (8255) to be connected to a mental health professional at Colorado Crisis Services to talk over anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance misuse or other issues. 

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 988 or chat online.

Trained counselors are here to support LGBTQIA+ youth 24/7. If you are a young person in crisis, feeling suicidal, or in need of a confidential, safe and judgment-free place to talk, call the Trevor Project now at 1-866-488-7386.
